Foster Care Fortnight 2019 has started!
Posted on: 2 May 2019
Foster Care Fortnight is the UK’s biggest foster care awareness raising campaign, it aims to show how fostering transforms lives. It is also the UK’s biggest foster carer recruitment campaign. This year during Foster Care Fortnight we will be looking at how fostering changes futures – the futures of fostered children and young people and the futures of the foster families who care for them.
This year we have joined with our neighbouring fostering services to create a series of digital adverts and a busy schedule of social media messages in support of #FCF19. We would love you to help support the campaign and help spread the fostering word as well!
How can you get involved?
It’s simple, download a placard from here, take a photo and share it on Twitter, Instagram or Facebook. Don’t forget to use the hashtag #changeafuture. Alternatively send us your photos and we will share them on our own Fostering Devon accounts.
Fostering Devon is proud of its children, young people, carers and staff. Meet some of our own amazing foster carers here.
